It’s been an enchanting visit to Christmas Hills Tree Farm for Christmas and the days following. Delightful family and friends, all kinds of activities, food at every turn, and a warm atmosphere. Couple this will several treks with my brother to take pictures of creeks, lakes, rivers, mountains, forest beauty, and animals. Got an especially good shot of a porcupine on the property:
We even got some pictures of a doe and her fawn grazing in a yard in Mineral Lake. It’s a good thing they can’t read. They were grazing on property posted, “Taxidermist.”
Tomorrow we head for Phoenix. It’s been such a treat for me to be spoiled by my Mossyrock family. And my Monroe family flew me up for Thanksgiving and also spoiled me…I could get used to this.
Happy New Year from one of the most beautiful places on God’s green Earth.
