 Mom continues to improve, business keeps coming in, and I'll leave near the end of the month for Bellingham to help my sister, Carolyn, as she moves Mom to our brother and slster-in-law's home. Then the three sisters (Jan will join us) will finish packing up Mom's house and getting it ready for the next occupant. She's been in a lovely retirement area that has patio homes.
I neglected to mention that Kerrie Simpson's stepfather, Dr. Lee Myerson, passed away recently. She lost her mother last year. They had a Cocker Spaniel, Shimmy. Shimmy is now part of the Simpson household, and does pretty well with the two Golden Retrievers and two cats. Sweet dog. Lucky dog. Ron and Kerrie are the most wonderful pet owners. Pictures of Shimmy and the rest of the crew later.
And Ron and Kerrie have spent months, with months to go, cleaning out and fixing up the family home. A labor of love as they've ignored the intense summer heat to ready the home for sale.
