 I first met MJ when she and I were board members of a local nonprofit organization. I watched her do magic with the accounting reports, and learned to respect this woman who works as a vice president and trust officer for a local bank.
Recently she started Business Networking West, LLC, and because of my respect for her organizational skills, I joined. I wasn't disappointed. I'm meeting some delightful business people, and making new local contacts. I like the idea of educational seminars and forums, along with other activities. Probably won't get to many of them, because I keep pretty busy with webmastering and editing, but will do my best.
Before I ever met Sue Harris, I discovered her talent for making soap and body lotion bars. My Phoenix kids, Ron and Kerrie Simpson, gave me a gift basket with Sue's creations. Omigosh. Rich soap for the bath, and a little lotion bar in a container like those used for deodorants. I contacted Sue via email, got a list of her products, ordered some, then met her at MetroCenter to pick them up. They make marvelous gifts for friends, relatives, and colleagues. I know I'll be back for more. And Ron says she's a terrific singer/performer. Such talent.
