Get serious about social networking

September 19, 2008 By Administrator

Photo of dahlia taken by Judy VorfeldI’ve been doing research on social networking in terms of its value to people in business, and after over a month of digging into it, can say that it may be very valuable to you.

I’ll be addressing this in my next Communication Expressway ezine, and also in Webgrammar’s Food for Thought.

Times are changing rapidly, and we owe it to ourselves as business people to stay tuned to what is happening, even if we don’t always join in. We have access to some of the brightest minds in the world, and stretching ourselves is so good for us.

Don’t get in a rut.

I’m in the beginning stages, but have tried enough things to know that, when used properly, social networking will help me serve my clients better. It could be true for you as well. Investigate Technorati, Digg, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn at the very least!
