Fleming’s No. 1 in Customer Service

June 9, 2010 By Administrator

flemings-steakhouse_logoLast week I made an online reservation to take my friend Ruthann Clemens for her annual birthday dinner. Fleming’s reservation form had a box for comments, so I mentioned her name and that we’d be celebrating her birthday.

Sunday we were greeted at the front desk with pleasant comments about Ruthann’s birthday, and the same held true of our server, Dawn Priest. As always, the food was perfection itself, and we had a delightful time. Her birthday treat from Fleming’s was a decadent dessert that had a single birthday candle (but two spoons!!), and a beautiful box of truffles. For the finale, Dawn took our picture, and before we left, she gave each of us a nicely-presented photo.

Monday, I received an email from the operating partner and chef partner of Fleming’s Peoria:

Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed the pleasure of your company.

On behalf of everyone here at Fleming’s, we’d like to express our warmest thanks for choosing to dine with us.

The next time you’re in the neighborhood, or have a special reason to celebrate, we hope that you will think of us again.

Until then, we raise our glasses to you!

Is it any wonder that almost every table was filled as we enjoyed our birthday dinner?
