I love my Soul!
This week I made arrangements by email (works like a charm with my hearing disability) with Juan Martinez of Peoria Kia.
My beautiful red Kia Soul needed an oil change and tire rotation. I took it in for a 9:30 appointment, and settled down for a long wait. The wait is always pleasant, as they have coffee and danish. I chose a cinnamon roll this time. I sat in the waiting room and turned on my Kindle and began reading my crime story.
I went into the coffee room to refresh my coffee, and one of the employees came by and insisted on pouring it for me. Nice.
At 10:30, they called my name. Finished. Wow. That was great timing, but one of the nicest things from my perspective was that they had washed my car, and it gleamed in the sunlight. I felt pampered, and pleased that I had so much more time to run errands and get back to work.
I’ve since received two emails from two different people asking if everything was okay. I really like Peoria Kia. They know the meaning of customer service.
I recently needed some two-sided tape to make cards with my photos, and when I ran out, ULINE was one of the places that had what I needed. I’d tried Office Max and Staples, but they didn’t have the refills.
ULINE not only had them, but I made the online order at 5:30 pm or so, and the package arrived the next morning…by truck. From Los Angeles.
They say they’re shipping specialists. And that’s the truth. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them, with enthusiasm.
