My brother, David Crook, joined me and Martha Retallick of Tucson as we spent several hours at the Wildlife World Zoo & Aquarium. We had Sunday Brunch there, and it was fabulous. I love it when great food and a casual atmosphere blend. It means I can eat my bacon with my fingers. Here are just a few of my shots, mostly redigitized, which I love to do.
My brother, David Crook, went hiking this afternoon with his daughter, Michelle Dias, at Pinnacle Peak Park. They came across this adorable Eastern Screech Owl and its two babies.
This morning, Janet Crook and I were chauffeured by my brother, David Crook, to the Arizona Center for Disability Law, located at the Disability Empowerment Center of Arizona, Janet and I met with Peri Jude Radecic, Kris Stocking, Elaine Timmins, and Gretchen Jacobs. We had a productive meeting and a tour of the new offices, then headed for home. David picked us up after having spent a couple of hours at Desert Botanical Garden. Below are several photos he took. When I saw the snake heads, I couldn't help but say, "Telephoto lens?" "Always," he said. Whew.
My brother, David Crook, sent this message. "Here is a fabulous program that indexes your hard drive so that you can find any filename or part of a filename is just seconds...I just downloaded it and it is awesome and immediate. Much like Google Desktop Search but way faster ..... "Download the Everything 1.2 Beta for Windows. Choose the .exe or .zip option. I just chose the .exe and ran it from the download ....works great and it is FREE. "This is a Kim Komando (pc guru) safe site...." I trust Kim Komando, and am thrilled with this software. I can find files that sometimes take way too much time. It is fantastic. It's called "Everything," and it finds files and folders, but not contents. http://www.voidtools.com/
