Preening Peacock
Leave it to my brother, David Crook, to capture the exquisite beauty of the birds at Saguaro Ranch Park in Glendale, Arizona. I am compelled to share this shot (which I redigitized) of a peacock parading its magnificence to park visitors and peahens. Not necessarily in that order. David was accompanied by granddaughter Jenna and husband, Brandon, who are here on their honeymoon.

I love the way this photo shows nothing other than the peacock and it’s tail feathers. Was it cropped or is this shown as it was taken?

Thanks, Steve. It is shown as taken. My brother has a super zoom lens, and the peacock resides in an area where it’s used to people.
